For years we barbecued, then we tried smoking with a Bradley Original Smoker. Wow! A whole new technique to learn and experiment with - You can cook ribs, whole chicken or breasts, joints of meat, fish, seafood even vegetables such as chillies and garlic. The smoke flavour really adds something to barbecued food and after trying it we were hooked. So hooked we decided we had to set up this website to sell them with other chosen products.
Now we regularly make our own cold and hot smoked salmon as well as a range of other recipes - smoked chicken breast is a favourite. You can too! - Don't be put off by talk of curing, brining and the dark arts of different types of wood. See our info pages for simple advice that will help you produce amazing results every time. We use the Bradley smokers ourselves and are proud to be a supplier and are happy to pass on our knowledge and experience.
